A Gabonese Fang byeri reliquary Tripod carved from wood and studded with brass. The legs decorated with brass rings merging into sculpted heads. These carry an engraved reliquary with an attached female lid figure. Lateral carrying cords. Each head with glass eyes. Some wear to the legs and the top, rubbed surfaces. Height 80 cm. Condition: III +
