Porcelain painting "Immaculate Conception" after Murillo Rectangular picture panel. Mary standing on a crescent moon surrounded by clouds, wrapped in a long blue and white cloak. Luminous background with angels' heads flanking her above. On the clouds below her a scenic depiction of four angels with lilies, palm branches and roses as symbols of the Virgin Mary. Fine polychrome painting. After a painting by Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, c. 1660-1665 (Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid). Verso inscribed "Immaculata". KPM and sceptre mark. Gilt wooden frame. Plate 23.5 cm x 15.5 cm. A porcelain plaque finely painted with a religious scene "Immaculate Conception". After a painting by B. E. Murillo. KPM and sceptre mark. KPM-Berlin. 2nd half 19th century.
