Drouot Estimations applique les appellations selon les normes et réglementations techniques conformes au décret n° 2002-65 du 14 janvier 2002.
En ce qui concerne les pierres :
a) Drouot-Estimations désigne les pierres modifiées par « les pratiques lapidaires traditionnelles » de la même manière que celles qui n’auraient pas été modifiée.
b) Drouot Estimations désigne les pierres modifiées par d’autres procédés, par le nom de la pierre, suivi de la mention « traitée » ou par l’indication du traitement subi lorsque ces pierres ont pu faire l'objet d'une analyse en laboratoire de gemmologie.
Sauf mention contraire au catalogue, lorsque les pierres sont en série ou en pavage, elles n'ont pas fait l'objet d'analyses pour identifier les éventuels traitements lapidaires non traditionnels. L'analyse n'a été faite que pour certaines pierres et les résultats sont limités aux pierres analysées. Ces résultats sont indiqués au catalogue.
Les pierres non accompagnées de certificats ou attestations de laboratoires ont été décrites par Drouot Estimations en tenant compte des modifications éventuelles du a).
c) Drouot Estimations désigne par le terme générique PIERRE suivi d’un qualificatif de couleur les désignations suivantes : pierres synthétiques, pierres artificielles et imitations de pierres gemmes.
En ce qui concerne les montres, les restaurations, les modifications, les caractéristiques techniques, les numéros de séries, les dimensions, le poids sont notifiés dans la mesure de nos moyens. Ces éléments ne sont donnés qu’à titre indicatif pour faciliter l’inspection de l’acquéreur potentiel et restent soumises à son appréciation personnelle. La responsabilité du commissaire-priseur et de la maison de vente ne saurait être mise en cause en cas d’omissions ou d’erreur pouvant subsister malgré les précautions prises.

Payment
Any purchase will need to be paid during or right after the sale.
Should the buyer fail to pay the amount due by cash, cheque or credit card, the lot may be re-offered for sale, under the French procedure known as “procedure de folle enchère”, immediately or at the first opportunity with payment of the difference by the first bidder, proceedings of the payment at the expense of the bidder, cancellation of the sale without any fees.

Collection and storage
For this sale, lots will be stored free of charge at Drouot Estimations during 15 days following the sale, after that charges will apply.
Collection must be made at Drouot Estimations, 7 rue Drouot, 75009 Paris, Monday to Friday 10am-1pm & 2-5pm.
Drouot Estimations will not send any sold item by mail and purchasers will need to organize their own way of shipping.

No purchase will be delivered without reception of full payment.

a) Drouot-Estimations designates stones modified by "traditional lapidary practices" the same way as those that have not been modified.

These elements are given on an indicative basis only to make the inspection easier for the potential buyer,and remain subject to his personal assessment.
The auctioneer’s and expert’s responsibilities cannot be questioned in case of potential omissions despite the taken precautions.
Missing indications does not imply that a watch can be faultless.
No guarantee can be made on the conditions of watches and bracelets.
