In-8, green half-basane, smooth spine decorated (19th century binding). First edition of Larrey's first work. Dedicated to the First Consul Bonaparte, it is illustrated with 2 plates. Larrey took part in the Egyptian expedition as surgeon-in-chief of the Army of the East (De Meulenaere, p. 129). Modern spine.
