Collection of purchases and delivery methods
Collection or dispatch of furniture, bulky items and other purchases associated with the same consignment note: no study returns.
- Payment and collection in the auction room on the day of the sale until 6:00 pm, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday June 1st.
- Collection from Drouot storage from 10am on Saturday June 1st, on presentation of the label and the sold consignment note corresponding to the lot(s). Storage charges apply from the 3rd working day.
- Professional transport, list available on request
Collection from our offices: all except furniture, by appointment
- Monday to Friday, 09.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Possibility of appointing a relative: notify us by e-mail or give him or her power of attorney, and the person will then present him or herself with proof of identity.
Shipment within the European Union: jewelry, paintings, books, silverware, ceramics, glassware, etc.

Please note that due to summer closures, here are the Drouot shopping hours:
- Up to and including Friday July 12: opening hours from 1.30 pm to 6 pm and by appointment.

- Monday September 2 to Friday September 20 inclusive: open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. without interruption, by appointment only.

Retrait ou expédition du mobilier, objets volumineux et autres achats associés au même bordereau : aucun retour étude
· Règlement et retrait en salle le jour de la vente jusqu’à 18h00, de 08h à 10h le samedi 1er Juin.
· Descente au stockage de Drouot à partir de 10h le samedi 1er Juin, retrait sur présentation de l’étiquette et du bordereau soldé correspondant au(x) lot(s). Des Frais de stockages s’appliquent à compter du 3ème jour ouvré
· Transport par professionnels, liste disponible sur demande
Retrait dans nos bureaux : tout sauf mobilier, sur rendez-vous
· Du lundi au vendredi de 09h30 à 12h30 puis de 14h à 17h30
· Possibilité de mandater un proche : nous prévenir par mail ou lui faire une procuration, la personne se présente ensuite avec une pièce d’identité
Expédition intra Union Européenne : bijoux, tableaux, livres, argenterie, céramiques, verreries etc…

Attention en raison des fermetures estivales, voici les horaires du magasinage Drouot :
- Jusqu’au vendredi 12 juillet inclus : ouverture aux horaires habituels de 13h30 à 18h et sur rendez-vous
- Du lundi 15 juillet au mardi 30 juillet inclus : ouverture de 9 h à 18h sans interruption et sur rendez-vous
- Du lundi 2 septembre au vendredi 20 septembre inclus : ouverture de 9 h à 18h sans interruption et sur rendez-vous
