It has a wide foot composed of four lotus petals on which is arranged a rounded body, adorned with reliefs of Buddhist celestial deities, made with attention to detail and realism. On this, starting from lobed shoulders decorated with colored enamels, rises an elongated and narrow neck that ends in a wide flared mouth adorned with fine details of bunches and ribbons. On both sides of the body, two dragons with incised details and in relief, with coiled bodies and large open jaws, are arranged as handles. Measurements: 36,5 x 10,2 x 11 cm. Salvo cuando se declara que los lotes lo hace en nombre propio de “ Darley Arts s.l.u”.
Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de admisión de bienes a subastar.
CONDICIONES GENERALES PARA PUJAR EN SUBASTAS DARLEY
Para poder pujar en Subastas Darley es necesario registrarse como usuario.
Entre en la página de Inicio “Regístrate como usuario” y rellene correctamente las casillas con sus datos. Los datos personales introducidos deben de ser auténticos y totalmente correctos, dado que en cualquier falsedad o manipulación de dichos datos personales Subastas Darley dará de baja el registro. No permitimos que menores de 18 años de edad se registren en nuestro sitio web o que soliciten alguna información o servicio de nuestro sitio, como tampoco permitimos ningún dato personal de un menor.
En el formulario le solicitara la introducción de un código de usuario y una contraseña, esto es importante, su código o nombre de usuario será visualizado en el historial de pujas cuando usted realice una oferta o puja y nunca su nombre y apellidos introducidos en el formulario, esto garantiza su privacidad, la contraseña introducida por usted en el formulario garantiza la autenticidad de las pujas, puesto que usted deberá de introducir el código de usuario y la contraseña correcta para poder acceder a realizar una puja.
Una vez rellenado y envido el formulario, Subastas Darley examinará su formulario y aceptara a usted como usuario enviándole por email la aprobación, mediante la cual usted ya podrá actuar como pujador de nuestra subasta online. Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de admisión de pujas. Accediendo a la pantalla de Inicio en el apartado de “Acceso Usuarios” usted podrá realizar cambios tanto en su código o nombre de usuario como en la contraseña.
Una vez registrado como usuario, el único requisito anterior a una operación es la aceptación de las normas de procedimiento. El usuario se compromete a utilizar los medios de la página web Subastas Darley con el fin para los que fueron creados y a actuar de acuerdo con la legalidad vigente, respetando la política de privacidad y las características morales de la página, siendo potestad de Subastas Darley, el hecho de que ante el incumplimiento de cualquiera de estas condiciones y normas se podrá suspender o eliminar la cuenta del usuario sin que haya aviso previo o derecho a cualquier tipo de indemnización o compensación. El usuario que haya sido objeto de esta suspensión o cancelación no podrá volver a inscribirse salvo autorización expresa de Subastas Darley.

Registrarse como usuario le da derecho a solicitar información sobre futuras subastas o a la posibilidad de recibir nuestro catálogo o newsletter en el cual podemos informarle de las piezas más destacadas e importantes de nuestras subastas, dicho newsletter le será enviado vía email.
Toda puja o autopuja en Subastas Darley supone la aceptación de un contrato comercial entre el usuario que realiza la puja o autopuja (pujador) y el intermediario (Subastas Darley – Darley Arts SL.) cuyo servicio supone una comisión del 22% (IVA no incluido) sobre la cantidad pujada más IVA. Este contrato incluye la obligación de liquidación de pago de puja y comisión en caso de adjudicación de puja o autopuja, volviéndose el pujador un pujador ganador, adjudicatario y comprador.
Todo pujador es responsable de la cantidad pujada y de la obligación de completar el pago de la cantidad pertinente en caso de que su puja o autopuja resultase ser la ganadora. Todo usuario pujador es consciente de que al pujar por una cantidad, se le arrebata la posibilidad a otro pujador de pujar por esa misma cantidad, siendo pues todas las pujas o autopujas realizadas a través de Subastas Darley completamente irreversibles. Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de anulación de pujas en caso de fallo técnico, fallo de personal contratado o fallo en el sistema de reserva, así como la negociación de su servicio comisionista.
Subastas Darley informa de la posible clasificación de los participantes en una subasta como ‘Usuario Premium’ y ‘Usuario Básico’ (usuario no-premium) en caso de haber un ‘Lote Premium’ en una subasta y en compras en venta directa y venta privada. Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de anular y rechazar pujas y autopujas proveniente de ‘Usuarios Básicos’ durante la subasta de un ‘Lote Premium’ y en compras en venta directa y venta privada. Dicha clasificación de ‘Usuarios Premium’ y ‘Lote Premium’ se verá vinculada a una subasta o lote en concreto y podrá verse modificada en cualquier momento a juicio propio de Subastas Darley.
Cancelación de una compra e incidencias
Como comprador usted puede anular una adquisición en el plazo de siete días a contar desde la fecha de remate, sólo en los casos de que la pieza no se corresponda con la catalogación o tenga desperfectos muy significativos no señalados en la descripción y que no puedan verse en las imágenes.
La pieza debe devolverse en el mismo estado y condiciones como se entregó.
En cualquiera de estos casos, Subastas Darley le devolverá íntegramente el dinero abonado por la compra del objeto. Los gastos de transporte en la recogida y la entrega de la pieza o cualquier otro gasto que no sea el importe de remate más la comisión y el IVA, no serán abonados por Subastas Darley.
Cualquier otra reclamación que quiera hacer el comprador por datos no exactos o falsedad de la pieza, deberá ir dirigida inexcusablemente al vendedor, en tanto que Subastas Darley no asume la autenticidad de la pieza sino únicamente la mediación en la venta. La no autenticidad de la pieza debe estar razonada y justificada por un experto en la materia y los gastos que se puedan devengar serán dirigidas inexcusablemente al vendedor en el caso de aceptación o la persona solicitante de dicho experto, no admitiendo Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u” ,responsabilidad por errores en la calificación o catalogación.
En ningún caso Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u”, aceptará responsabilidad alguna sobre los posibles daños ocurridos durante el transporte de el/los lote/s subastados, sólo se hará responsable si la pieza sufriese algún desperfecto durante la estancia en las instalaciones de Subastas Darley.
No se admitirá bajo ningún concepto ninguna reclamación sobre los lotes adjudicados, transcurridos 15 días desde la emisión de la factura correspondiente a los mismos.
Los informes de condición y fotografías adicionales se proporcionan a pedido como cortesía para nuestros clientes, siendo cualquier informe condicional solo una opinión y no debe tratarse como una declaración de hecho. La ausencia de un informe de condición no implica que el lote se encuentre en perfecto estado o completamente libre de roturas, defectos, imperfecciones, restauraciones, desgaste o efectos del envejecimiento. No tenemos ninguna responsabilidad por ningún error u omisión en el informe de condiciónes ya que los lotes serán subastados en el estado que se encuentra y se presentan en la web con una completa catalogación y con imágenes adjuntas que pueden ampliarse para que el usuario-comprador pueda tener una visión del estado en que se encuentran. También ofrecemos al usuario-comprador la posibilidad de obtener asesoramiento telefónico del estado de conservación u otras peticiones que podamos satisfacer sobre la pieza, pero sin asumir responsabilidad alguna en cuanto al contenido de dicha información, todo usuario-comprador tendrá derecho a comprobar por sí mismo o por expertos que ellos estimen necesario en nuestras instalaciones el estado de dicha pieza los días previos a la subasta y los gastos que se puedan devengar serán dirigidas inexcusablemente al vendedor en el caso de aceptación o la persona solicitante de dicho experto, nunca a Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u”. Subastas Darley no acepta reclamaciones sobre el estado de la pieza.
Todos los pesos y medidas son aproximados debido a la dificultad de tomar las medidas exactas, teniendo en cuenta el formato de la pieza a subastar, especialmente las joyas, que por causa de los engastes o el mismo diseño de la joya imposibilitan tales medidas exactas, el color y la pureza de los diamantes y gemas engastados solo se indicara a modo orientativo por expertos en Joyería puesto que su determinación exacta solo se puede determinar y efectuarse una vez desmontada la joya. ( articulo 7º apartado 1º de la nomenclatura CIBJO)
En el supuesto de incidencia por motivos ajenos a Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u”, por causas de conexiones tanto eléctricas como conexiones a otros servicios, Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de ampliar la subasta el tiempo necesario para la restauración de dichos servicios o a la cancelación de dicha subasta, esto seria notificado al ultimo usuario pujador y notificado en nuestra website.
Las partes implicadas, vendedor/depositante y comprador, deben cumplir lo estipulado en la Ley de Patrimonio, la Ley General Tributaria y la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.
En ningún caso se podrán reclamar a Subastas Darley,“ Darley Arts s.l.u”, indemnizaciones o compensaciones, sobre piezas que hayan sido extraviadas o sustraídas de o en la subasta, antes o después de dicha subasta o sobre piezas retiradas de subasta o en espera de repetición de subasta. Limitándose expresamente la cantidad a devolver, al importe de asignación de la empresa aseguradora contratada.
Las operaciones en las que interviene Subastas Darley quedan sometidas a las disposiciones del Derecho Español y, más en concreto, a las estipulaciones que regulan los contratos de mediación y depósito.
El Pago de los lotes subastados y vendidos se realizará dentro de los 8 días posteriores a la fecha de remate de la pieza u objeto (lote). En el supuesto de producirse falta de pago por parte del adjudicatario o comprador, Subasta Darley realizará todas las gestiones a su alcance con el propósito de conseguir el pago de las cantidades pendientes e informará de este hecho al cedente-vendedor. Si éstas fracasan, el cedentevendedor podrá optar por volver a sacar el lote a subasta, venderlo al anterior postor o por iniciar cualquier tipo de proceso que estime oportuno, otorgando su representación a Subasta Darley y a sus abogados para iniciar la pertinente reclamación judicial.
En caso de discrepancias entre las partes por razones de las operaciones de subasta, el vendedor, el comprador y Subastas Darley, con renuncia a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles, se someterán a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Valencia.
Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual
Los derechos del autor o sus herederos sobre la obra se aplicarán con arreglo a la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.

Darley Auctions reserves the right of admission of goods to be auctioned.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BIDDING AT DARLEY AUCTIONS
In order to bid at Darley Auctions it is necessary to register as a user.
Go to the home page "Register as a user" and correctly fill in the boxes with your details. The personal data entered must be authentic and completely correct, as any falsification or manipulation of such personal data will result in the deregistration of Darley Auctions. We do not allow children under 18 years of age to register on our website or to request any information or services from our site, nor do we allow any personal data from a minor.
In the form you will be asked to enter a username and password, this is important, your username will be displayed in the bidding history when you place a bid and never your name and surname entered in the form, this guarantees your privacy, the password entered by you in the form guarantees the authenticity of the bids, as you must enter the correct username and password to be able to access to place a bid.Once you have completed and submitted the form, Darley Auctions will review your form and accept you as a user by emailing you an approval, whereby you will be able to act as a bidder on our online auction. Darley Auctions reserves the right to accept bids. By accessing the home screen in the "User Login" section you will be able to make changes to your username and password.
Once registered as a user, the only requirement prior to a transaction is the acceptance of the rules of procedure. The user undertakes to use the means of the Subastas Darley website for the purpose for which they were created and to act in accordance with current legislation, respecting the privacy policy and the moral characteristics of the site, with Subastas Darley being entitled to suspend or delete the user's account in the event of non-compliance with any of these conditions and rules, without prior notice or the right to any type of compensation or indemnity. The user who has been subject to this suspension or cancellation may not re-register unless expressly authorised by Subastas Darley.

Registering as a user entitles you to request information about future auctions or the possibility of receiving our catalogue or newsletter in which we can inform you of the most important pieces of our auctions. This newsletter will be sent to you via email.
Any bid or self-bid on Subastas Darley implies acceptance of a commercial contract between the user who places the bid or self-bid (bidder) and the intermediary (Subastas Darley - Darley Arts SL.) whose service involves a commission of 22% (VAT not included) on the amount bid plus VAT. This contract includes the obligation to settle the payment of the bid and commission in the event of a successful bid or self-bid, the bidder becoming a winning bidder, successful bidder and buyer.
Each bidder is responsible for the amount bid and for the obligation to complete the payment of the relevant amount in the event that his bid or self-bid is successful. All bidders are aware that bidding on an amount takes away the ability of another bidder to bid on the same amount, therefore all bids or self-bids placed through Darley Auctions are completely irreversible. Darley Auctions reserves the right to cancel bids in the event of technical failure, failure of contracted personnel or failure of the reserve system, as well as the negotiation of its commissioning service.
Darley Auctions informs about the possible classification of auction participants as 'Premium User' and 'Basic User' (non-premium user) in case of a 'Premium Lot' in an auction and in direct and private sale purchases. Darley Auctions reserves the right to cancel and reject bids and self-bids from 'Basic Users' during the auction of a 'Premium Lot' and in direct and private sale purchases. Such classification of 'Premium Users' and 'Premium Lot' will be linked to a specific auction or lot and may be changed at any time at Darley Auctions' sole discretion.
Cancellation of a purchase and incidents
As a buyer you can cancel a purchase within seven days from the date of auction, only in cases where the piece does not correspond to the cataloguing or has very significant flaws not indicated in the description and that cannot be seen in the images.
The piece must be returned in the same state and condition as it was delivered.
In any of these cases, Darley Auctions will refund in full the money paid for the purchase of the object. Transport costs in the collection and delivery of the piece or any other costs other than the amount of the auction plus commission and VAT, will not be paid by Darley Auctions.
Any other claim that the buyer wants to make for inaccurate data or falsity of the piece, must be addressed inexcusably to the seller, while Darley Auctions does not assume the authenticity of the piece but only the mediation in the sale. The non-authenticity of the piece must be reasoned and justified by an expert in the field and the costs that may accrue will be inexcusably directed to the seller in the case of acceptance or the person requesting said expert, not admitting Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u", responsibility for errors in the qualification or cataloguing.
Under no circumstances will Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u", accept any responsibility for any damage that may occur during the transport of the lot/s auctioned, only if the piece suffers any damage during the stay in the facilities of Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u", will it be responsible if the piece suffers any damage during the stay in the facilities of Subastas Darley.
Under no circumstances will any claim be admitted on the lots awarded, 15 days after the issue of the invoice corresponding to the same.
Condition reports and additional photographs are provided upon request as a courtesy to our customers, any condition report being an opinion only and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from breakage, defects, blemishes, imperfections, restorations, wear and tear or the effects of ageing. We have no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the condition report as the lots will be auctioned in the condition they are found and are presented on the website with a complete cataloguing and with attached images that can be enlarged so that the user-buyer can have a view of the condition in which they are found. We also offer the user-buyer the possibility of obtaining telephone advice on the state of conservation or other requests that we can satisfy about the piece, but without assuming any responsibility for the content of such information, all user-buyers are entitled to check for themselves or by experts they deem necessary in our facilities the state of the piece the days prior to the auction and the costs that may accrue will be directed inexcusably to the seller in the case of acceptance or the person requesting such expert, never to Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u.". Darley Auctions does not accept claims on the condition of the piece.
All weights and sizes are approximate due to the difficulty of taking exact sizes, taking into account the format of the piece to be auctioned, especially the jewels, which because of the settings or the same design of the jewel make such exact sizes impossible, the colour and purity of the diamonds and gemstones set will only be indicated as a guide by experts in jewellery since their exact determination can only be determined and carried out once the jewel has been dismantled (article 7, section 1 of the CIBJO nomenclature).
In the event of an incident for reasons beyond the control of Darley Auctions, "Darley Arts s.l.u", due to electrical connections or connections to other services, Darley Auctions reserves the right to extend the auction for the time necessary for the restoration of these services or to cancel the auction, this would be notified to the last bidder and notified on our website.

The operations in which Darley Auctions intervenes are subject to the provisions of Spanish law and, more specifically, to the stipulations governing mediation and deposit contracts.
Payment of the auctioned and sold lots shall be made within 8 days after the auction date of the piece or object (lot). In the event of non-payment by the successful bidder or buyer, Subasta Darley shall take all steps within its power in order to obtain payment of the outstanding amounts and shall inform the transferor-seller of this fact. If these fail, the transferor-seller may choose to re-auction the lot, sell it to the previous bidder or to initiate any type of process it deems appropriate, granting its representation to Subasta Darley and its lawyers to initiate the relevant legal claim.
In the event of discrepancies between the parties due to the auction operations, the seller, the buyer and Subastas Darley, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights of the author or his heirs to the work shall apply in accordance with the Copyright Act.

Subastas Darley somos una subasta publica por Internet que tiene como esencia la venta de Joyería, mobiliario, antigüedades y otros objetos de coleccionista, arte y bienes artísticos de singular naturaleza, etc, que son confiados a nosotros Subastas Darley “ Darley Arts s.l.u” ,nombre fiscal para actuar como mediadores entre el o los propietarios y/o vendedor del lote y el posible comprador de dicho lote. Salvo cuando se declara que los lotes lo hace en nombre propio de “ Darley Arts s.l.u”.
Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de admisión de bienes a subastar.
CONDICIONES GENERALES PARA PUJAR EN SUBASTAS DARLEY
Para poder pujar en Subastas Darley es necesario registrarse como usuario.
Entre en la página de Inicio “Regístrate como usuario” y rellene correctamente las casillas con sus datos. Los datos personales introducidos deben de ser auténticos y totalmente correctos, dado que en cualquier falsedad o manipulación de dichos datos personales Subastas Darley dará de baja el registro. No permitimos que menores de 18 años de edad se registren en nuestro sitio web o que soliciten alguna información o servicio de nuestro sitio, como tampoco permitimos ningún dato personal de un menor.
En el formulario le solicitara la introducción de un código de usuario y una contraseña, esto es importante, su código o nombre de usuario será visualizado en el historial de pujas cuando usted realice una oferta o puja y nunca su nombre y apellidos introducidos en el formulario, esto garantiza su privacidad, la contraseña introducida por usted en el formulario garantiza la autenticidad de las pujas, puesto que usted deberá de introducir el código de usuario y la contraseña correcta para poder acceder a realizar una puja.
Una vez rellenado y envido el formulario, Subastas Darley examinará su formulario y aceptara a usted como usuario enviándole por email la aprobación, mediante la cual usted ya podrá actuar como pujador de nuestra subasta online. Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de admisión de pujas. Accediendo a la pantalla de Inicio en el apartado de “Acceso Usuarios” usted podrá realizar cambios tanto en su código o nombre de usuario como en la contraseña.
Una vez registrado como usuario, el único requisito anterior a una operación es la aceptación de las normas de procedimiento. El usuario se compromete a utilizar los medios de la página web Subastas Darley con el fin para los que fueron creados y a actuar de acuerdo con la legalidad vigente, respetando la política de privacidad y las características morales de la página, siendo potestad de Subastas Darley, el hecho de que ante el incumplimiento de cualquiera de estas condiciones y normas se podrá suspender o eliminar la cuenta del usuario sin que haya aviso previo o derecho a cualquier tipo de indemnización o compensación. El usuario que haya sido objeto de esta suspensión o cancelación no podrá volver a inscribirse salvo autorización expresa de Subastas Darley.

Registrarse como usuario le da derecho a solicitar información sobre futuras subastas o a la posibilidad de recibir nuestro catálogo o newsletter en el cual podemos informarle de las piezas más destacadas e importantes de nuestras subastas, dicho newsletter le será enviado vía email.
Toda puja o autopuja en Subastas Darley supone la aceptación de un contrato comercial entre el usuario que realiza la puja o autopuja (pujador) y el intermediario (Subastas Darley – Darley Arts SL.) cuyo servicio supone una comisión del 22% (IVA no incluido) sobre la cantidad pujada más IVA. Este contrato incluye la obligación de liquidación de pago de puja y comisión en caso de adjudicación de puja o autopuja, volviéndose el pujador un pujador ganador, adjudicatario y comprador.
Todo pujador es responsable de la cantidad pujada y de la obligación de completar el pago de la cantidad pertinente en caso de que su puja o autopuja resultase ser la ganadora. Todo usuario pujador es consciente de que al pujar por una cantidad, se le arrebata la posibilidad a otro pujador de pujar por esa misma cantidad, siendo pues todas las pujas o autopujas realizadas a través de Subastas Darley completamente irreversibles. Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de anulación de pujas en caso de fallo técnico, fallo de personal contratado o fallo en el sistema de reserva, así como la negociación de su servicio comisionista.
Subastas Darley informa de la posible clasificación de los participantes en una subasta como ‘Usuario Premium’ y ‘Usuario Básico’ (usuario no-premium) en caso de haber un ‘Lote Premium’ en una subasta y en compras en venta directa y venta privada. Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de anular y rechazar pujas y autopujas proveniente de ‘Usuarios Básicos’ durante la subasta de un ‘Lote Premium’ y en compras en venta directa y venta privada. Dicha clasificación de ‘Usuarios Premium’ y ‘Lote Premium’ se verá vinculada a una subasta o lote en concreto y podrá verse modificada en cualquier momento a juicio propio de Subastas Darley.
Cancelación de una compra e incidencias
Como comprador usted puede anular una adquisición en el plazo de siete días a contar desde la fecha de remate, sólo en los casos de que la pieza no se corresponda con la catalogación o tenga desperfectos muy significativos no señalados en la descripción y que no puedan verse en las imágenes.
La pieza debe devolverse en el mismo estado y condiciones como se entregó.
En cualquiera de estos casos, Subastas Darley le devolverá íntegramente el dinero abonado por la compra del objeto. Los gastos de transporte en la recogida y la entrega de la pieza o cualquier otro gasto que no sea el importe de remate más la comisión y el IVA, no serán abonados por Subastas Darley.
Cualquier otra reclamación que quiera hacer el comprador por datos no exactos o falsedad de la pieza, deberá ir dirigida inexcusablemente al vendedor, en tanto que Subastas Darley no asume la autenticidad de la pieza sino únicamente la mediación en la venta. La no autenticidad de la pieza debe estar razonada y justificada por un experto en la materia y los gastos que se puedan devengar serán dirigidas inexcusablemente al vendedor en el caso de aceptación o la persona solicitante de dicho experto, no admitiendo Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u” ,responsabilidad por errores en la calificación o catalogación.
En ningún caso Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u”, aceptará responsabilidad alguna sobre los posibles daños ocurridos durante el transporte de el/los lote/s subastados, sólo se hará responsable si la pieza sufriese algún desperfecto durante la estancia en las instalaciones de Subastas Darley.
No se admitirá bajo ningún concepto ninguna reclamación sobre los lotes adjudicados, transcurridos 15 días desde la emisión de la factura correspondiente a los mismos.
Los informes de condición y fotografías adicionales se proporcionan a pedido como cortesía para nuestros clientes, siendo cualquier informe condicional solo una opinión y no debe tratarse como una declaración de hecho. La ausencia de un informe de condición no implica que el lote se encuentre en perfecto estado o completamente libre de roturas, defectos, imperfecciones, restauraciones, desgaste o efectos del envejecimiento. No tenemos ninguna responsabilidad por ningún error u omisión en el informe de condiciónes ya que los lotes serán subastados en el estado que se encuentra y se presentan en la web con una completa catalogación y con imágenes adjuntas que pueden ampliarse para que el usuario-comprador pueda tener una visión del estado en que se encuentran. También ofrecemos al usuario-comprador la posibilidad de obtener asesoramiento telefónico del estado de conservación u otras peticiones que podamos satisfacer sobre la pieza, pero sin asumir responsabilidad alguna en cuanto al contenido de dicha información, todo usuario-comprador tendrá derecho a comprobar por sí mismo o por expertos que ellos estimen necesario en nuestras instalaciones el estado de dicha pieza los días previos a la subasta y los gastos que se puedan devengar serán dirigidas inexcusablemente al vendedor en el caso de aceptación o la persona solicitante de dicho experto, nunca a Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u”. Subastas Darley no acepta reclamaciones sobre el estado de la pieza.
Todos los pesos y medidas son aproximados debido a la dificultad de tomar las medidas exactas, teniendo en cuenta el formato de la pieza a subastar, especialmente las joyas, que por causa de los engastes o el mismo diseño de la joya imposibilitan tales medidas exactas, el color y la pureza de los diamantes y gemas engastados solo se indicara a modo orientativo por expertos en Joyería puesto que su determinación exacta solo se puede determinar y efectuarse una vez desmontada la joya. ( articulo 7º apartado 1º de la nomenclatura CIBJO)
En el supuesto de incidencia por motivos ajenos a Subastas Darley, “ Darley Arts s.l.u”, por causas de conexiones tanto eléctricas como conexiones a otros servicios, Subastas Darley se reserva el derecho de ampliar la subasta el tiempo necesario para la restauración de dichos servicios o a la cancelación de dicha subasta, esto seria notificado al ultimo usuario pujador y notificado en nuestra website.
Las partes implicadas, vendedor/depositante y comprador, deben cumplir lo estipulado en la Ley de Patrimonio, la Ley General Tributaria y la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.
En ningún caso se podrán reclamar a Subastas Darley,“ Darley Arts s.l.u”, indemnizaciones o compensaciones, sobre piezas que hayan sido extraviadas o sustraídas de o en la subasta, antes o después de dicha subasta o sobre piezas retiradas de subasta o en espera de repetición de subasta. Limitándose expresamente la cantidad a devolver, al importe de asignación de la empresa aseguradora contratada.
Las operaciones en las que interviene Subastas Darley quedan sometidas a las disposiciones del Derecho Español y, más en concreto, a las estipulaciones que regulan los contratos de mediación y depósito.
El Pago de los lotes subastados y vendidos se realizará dentro de los 8 días posteriores a la fecha de remate de la pieza u objeto (lote). En el supuesto de producirse falta de pago por parte del adjudicatario o comprador, Subasta Darley realizará todas las gestiones a su alcance con el propósito de conseguir el pago de las cantidades pendientes e informará de este hecho al cedente-vendedor. Si éstas fracasan, el cedentevendedor podrá optar por volver a sacar el lote a subasta, venderlo al anterior postor o por iniciar cualquier tipo de proceso que estime oportuno, otorgando su representación a Subasta Darley y a sus abogados para iniciar la pertinente reclamación judicial.
En caso de discrepancias entre las partes por razones de las operaciones de subasta, el vendedor, el comprador y Subastas Darley, con renuncia a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles, se someterán a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Valencia.
Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual
Los derechos del autor o sus herederos sobre la obra se aplicarán con arreglo a la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BIDDING AT DARLEY AUCTIONS
In order to bid at Darley Auctions it is necessary to register as a user.
Go to the home page "Register as a user" and correctly fill in the boxes with your details. The personal data entered must be authentic and completely correct, as any falsification or manipulation of such personal data will result in the deregistration of Darley Auctions. We do not allow children under 18 years of age to register on our website or to request any information or services from our site, nor do we allow any personal data from a minor.
In the form you will be asked to enter a username and password, this is important, your username will be displayed in the bidding history when you place a bid and never your name and surname entered in the form, this guarantees your privacy, the password entered by you in the form guarantees the authenticity of the bids, as you must enter the correct username and password to be able to access to place a bid.Once you have completed and submitted the form, Darley Auctions will review your form and accept you as a user by emailing you an approval, whereby you will be able to act as a bidder on our online auction. Darley Auctions reserves the right to accept bids. By accessing the home screen in the "User Login" section you will be able to make changes to your username and password.
Once registered as a user, the only requirement prior to a transaction is the acceptance of the rules of procedure. The user undertakes to use the means of the Subastas Darley website for the purpose for which they were created and to act in accordance with current legislation, respecting the privacy policy and the moral characteristics of the site, with Subastas Darley being entitled to suspend or delete the user's account in the event of non-compliance with any of these conditions and rules, without prior notice or the right to any type of compensation or indemnity. The user who has been subject to this suspension or cancellation may not re-register unless expressly authorised by Subastas Darley.

Registering as a user entitles you to request information about future auctions or the possibility of receiving our catalogue or newsletter in which we can inform you of the most important pieces of our auctions. This newsletter will be sent to you via email.
Any bid or self-bid on Subastas Darley implies acceptance of a commercial contract between the user who places the bid or self-bid (bidder) and the intermediary (Subastas Darley - Darley Arts SL.) whose service involves a commission of 22% (VAT not included) on the amount bid plus VAT. This contract includes the obligation to settle the payment of the bid and commission in the event of a successful bid or self-bid, the bidder becoming a winning bidder, successful bidder and buyer.
Each bidder is responsible for the amount bid and for the obligation to complete the payment of the relevant amount in the event that his bid or self-bid is successful. All bidders are aware that bidding on an amount takes away the ability of another bidder to bid on the same amount, therefore all bids or self-bids placed through Darley Auctions are completely irreversible. Darley Auctions reserves the right to cancel bids in the event of technical failure, failure of contracted personnel or failure of the reserve system, as well as the negotiation of its commissioning service.
Darley Auctions informs about the possible classification of auction participants as 'Premium User' and 'Basic User' (non-premium user) in case of a 'Premium Lot' in an auction and in direct and private sale purchases. Darley Auctions reserves the right to cancel and reject bids and self-bids from 'Basic Users' during the auction of a 'Premium Lot' and in direct and private sale purchases. Such classification of 'Premium Users' and 'Premium Lot' will be linked to a specific auction or lot and may be changed at any time at Darley Auctions' sole discretion.
Cancellation of a purchase and incidents
As a buyer you can cancel a purchase within seven days from the date of auction, only in cases where the piece does not correspond to the cataloguing or has very significant flaws not indicated in the description and that cannot be seen in the images.
The piece must be returned in the same state and condition as it was delivered.
In any of these cases, Darley Auctions will refund in full the money paid for the purchase of the object. Transport costs in the collection and delivery of the piece or any other costs other than the amount of the auction plus commission and VAT, will not be paid by Darley Auctions.
Any other claim that the buyer wants to make for inaccurate data or falsity of the piece, must be addressed inexcusably to the seller, while Darley Auctions does not assume the authenticity of the piece but only the mediation in the sale. The non-authenticity of the piece must be reasoned and justified by an expert in the field and the costs that may accrue will be inexcusably directed to the seller in the case of acceptance or the person requesting said expert, not admitting Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u", responsibility for errors in the qualification or cataloguing.
Under no circumstances will Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u", accept any responsibility for any damage that may occur during the transport of the lot/s auctioned, only if the piece suffers any damage during the stay in the facilities of Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u", will it be responsible if the piece suffers any damage during the stay in the facilities of Subastas Darley.
Under no circumstances will any claim be admitted on the lots awarded, 15 days after the issue of the invoice corresponding to the same.
Condition reports and additional photographs are provided upon request as a courtesy to our customers, any condition report being an opinion only and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from breakage, defects, blemishes, imperfections, restorations, wear and tear or the effects of ageing. We have no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the condition report as the lots will be auctioned in the condition they are found and are presented on the website with a complete cataloguing and with attached images that can be enlarged so that the user-buyer can have a view of the condition in which they are found. We also offer the user-buyer the possibility of obtaining telephone advice on the state of conservation or other requests that we can satisfy about the piece, but without assuming any responsibility for the content of such information, all user-buyers are entitled to check for themselves or by experts they deem necessary in our facilities the state of the piece the days prior to the auction and the costs that may accrue will be directed inexcusably to the seller in the case of acceptance or the person requesting such expert, never to Subastas Darley, "Darley Arts s.l.u.". Darley Auctions does not accept claims on the condition of the piece.
All weights and sizes are approximate due to the difficulty of taking exact sizes, taking into account the format of the piece to be auctioned, especially the jewels, which because of the settings or the same design of the jewel make such exact sizes impossible, the colour and purity of the diamonds and gemstones set will only be indicated as a guide by experts in jewellery since their exact determination can only be determined and carried out once the jewel has been dismantled (article 7, section 1 of the CIBJO nomenclature).
In the event of an incident for reasons beyond the control of Darley Auctions, "Darley Arts s.l.u", due to electrical connections or connections to other services, Darley Auctions reserves the right to extend the auction for the time necessary for the restoration of these services or to cancel the auction, this would be notified to the last bidder and notified on our website.

The amount to be returned shall be expressly limited to the amount allocated by the insurance company contracted.
The operations in which Darley Auctions intervenes are subject to the provisions of Spanish law and, more specifically, to the stipulations governing mediation and deposit contracts.
Payment of the auctioned and sold lots shall be made within 8 days after the auction date of the piece or object (lot). In the event of non-payment by the successful bidder or buyer, Subasta Darley shall take all steps within its power in order to obtain payment of the outstanding amounts and shall inform the transferor-seller of this fact. If these fail, the transferor-seller may choose to re-auction the lot, sell it to the previous bidder or to initiate any type of process it deems appropriate, granting its representation to Subasta Darley and its lawyers to initiate the relevant legal claim.
In the event of discrepancies between the parties due to the auction operations, the seller, the buyer and Subastas Darley, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights of the author or his heirs to the work shall apply in accordance with the Copyright Act.
