Carved jade vessel of light colored jade with subtle amber spots. It has a lobed, rounded and hollow central body, which imitates the natural shape of the lotus flower. It is surrounded by relief details of sinuous branches from which lotus bulbs, broad leaves and lotus roots emerge. At the top, next to the circular mouth, is a small fish with a long tail and a body covered with scales.
