Pair of large vases in French porcelain in the Sèvres style, enameled, glazed and gilded. With a cobalt blue background with reserves decorated by bucolic and landscape scenes signed E. Carelle. Plant and floral motifs on the neck, top of the tank decorated by acanthus. Mounted in bronze, with a quadrangular base with opposite edge and stipe handles with scroll garlands. Sèvres marks on the inside of the covers. On empire style bases in green onyx and mercury gilt bronze. France, circa 1900. 90 cm high vases. 119 x 28 x 28 cm bases.
