Ink, gouache and gold on gold-flecked paper, frontispiece illuminated with a typical sarlow, 197 calligraphied pp. of 9 ll. per page, in elegant naskh, ruled in gold and red ink, illustration of Mecca on f. 29. colophon at the end of the text, giving the name of the copyist and his masters. Flap binding, restored, worn, tears repaired, stains. Text area: 9.5 x 6 cm. Page: 15.5 x 10 cm. The colophon shows an area of tearing, where part of the copyist's name has been rewritten, a possible reading of which would be as follows: Isma'il Rassoumi), pupil of al-hajj Ismail known as al-Khaffaf Zadeh, pupil of Ibrahim Effendi, known as Kurat Zadeh, pupil of Hafiz Osman".
