Presumably a homage to the New York district of Harlem, which is considered one of the main centres of African-American culture in the USA. Signed, inscribed and labelled "Berlin" on the reverse. Thick, impasto application of paint, craquelure in some areas. Canvas 60 x 40 cm, framed in a simple frame 70 x 50 cm.
