Scholz, Günther (1941-2010) "Figur im Raum", 1991, colour aquatint. Impressive work in shades of blue and red. The Silesian-born artist and trained graphic designer taught at the Basel School of Applied Arts and at the College of Textile Design in St. Gallen, specialising in "free design". He became well known in southern Germany through his lively exhibition activities. Exemplar 158/300. Titled in the centre, signed and dated "G. Scholz [19]91" on the right. Plate 43 x 33 cm.
