- Part 3. Vol. 1: Acts concerning the Cossacks (1500-1648). - 1863. - [4], CXX, 433, [1] pp.; 24x16 cm. In half-leather period binding. Rubbing on the binding, spine restored, Latvian marks, including "Dubletas" mark. Paper ex-libris of the Fundamental Library of Kovno Gymnasium on the endpaper and stamp on the title page. The edition was undertaken by the Kiev Archaeographic Commission and was published from 1859 to 1911. A total of 34 volumes were published. It contains rich factual material on the history of Ukraine, which remains scientifically valuable to the present day. The main source for the publication was the Kiev Central Archive, as well as documents received by the Kiev Commission from private individuals, monasteries, and various institutions. The third part contains materials on the struggle of the Ukrainian Cossacks against the oppression of the Polish nobility in the years 1500-1768.
