Modern Madonna(20th century) After an original statue by Joseph Anton Feuchtmayer, Mimmenhausen, ca. 1717/19. The original is exhibited in the Bode Museum, Berlin. The copy is much more radiant in its polychrome colouring; the original does not have the vivid red of the robe. Height 98 cm.
