His prestigious clientele included iconic figures such as Prince, Michael Caine, Mickey Rourke, Lionel Hampton, BB King, Quincy Jones, Charles Aznavour, and Julius Erving, highlighting his reputation for excellence and elegance in the world of bespoke tailoring. Claude Bonucci began his journey as an apprentice tailor in his father's workshop. He graduated top of his class with a CAP tailor qualification, then completed an internship on Sackville Street in London. Later, he attended the Darroux Cutting Academy in Paris and spent two years at the renowned Parisian fashion house of Josep Camps. In 1964, Claude Bonucci established his own workshop in Nice and in 1980, he opened a boutique in Cannes. Claude Bonucci received several prestigious awards, including the Flame of Azur Elegance in 1965, the title of Master Tailor and Best Craftsman of France in 1976, the Laurier d’Or de la Création et de l’Elégance Française in 1979, the Hermès Trophy in 1986, the Best Welcome in France by an American Express survey in 1987, and France's Gold Medal for Craft Recognition in 1995.
