KOUMYA dagger, a royal diplomatic gift from the King of Morocco Hassan II, the gold-covered scabbard and pommel adorned with stylized chased motifs set with cabochon-cut rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds. The pommel bears the Arabic inscription "On behalf of His Majesty the King of Morocco". In its green leather-wrapped case. (shock to a ruby cabochon, shock to the scabbard, small chip to the pommel mount, scabbard ring missing, traces of wear).
