Military clothing and miscellaneous - French Army. Set consisting of a model 1845 belt buckle, a Gendarmerie Maritime belt buckle, a stamp with the initials "CRF" and "Nancy", two model 1892 musettes in thick beige canvas, one of which bears the naval anchor and the words "1. RIC, Tonkin. 1904" embroidered on the flap. Attached are a blue sailor's collar in white and blue linen from the French Navy, three model 1867 troop gaiters in linen canvas with leather underpads bearing several markings, one of which bears the reception stamp of the 96th Regiment de Ligne dated 1889, a pair of white canvas sailor's deck pants with four-button front closure (one missing) stamped and dated 1931, a pair of thick khaki canvas pants and a red belt in the Zouave, Spahis, Tirailleur d'Afrique tradition. Stains, wear, holes and repairs throughout.

Military clothing set - French Army. Set includes: a US Makinaw jacket nicknamed "Jeep Coat" without belt, worn mainly by vehicle drivers. Name "Lt DORFER, Inf. Col." inside. A white cotton canvas four-pocket jacket with four buttons (missing), white cotton canvas pants, a pair of white gaiters with nine buttons, sand-colored cotton canvas shorts with four buttons on the sides, and a Red Cross nurse's outfit (including petticoat, skirt, apron and headdress). World War II - 1950s.
