Small censer. China, 20th century. Bronze. With seal on the base. It has damage in the mouth. Measurements: 5 x 10 cm. Small censer raised on three legs of peak, of globular surface and markedly smooth mouth. Its exterior surface is decorated with calligraphic motifs. It presents damages in the mouth.

Japanese nerikome agateware ceramic pottery censer or koro, Meiji period. Of lozenge form with molded phoenix panels. The lid depicts carved clouds and a gilt full moon. Incised six character mark along the underside, possibly a signature. Keywords: chanoyu, tea ceremony Height: 3 1/2 in x width: 4 1/2 in x depth: 4 1/2 in.
