Maison VEDDER Paris (1842-1876) Rosewood, mahogany, light wood and green-stained wood veneered chiffonier with inlaid cubes. It opens with a drawer in the waistband, a flap revealing pigeonholes and drawers simulating three large drawers, and 4 drawers in the lower section. Rounded mounts with inlaid fluting, sinuous base resting on staved feet. Beautiful ornamentation of chased gilded bronzes in the Louis XVI style. Vedder nameplate.
