A modern 21ct gold ring showing the Catholic Monarchs of Spain Isabella I of Castile (r. 1474 - 1504) and King Ferdinand II of Aragon (r. 1474 - 1516) 21kt yellow gold. The ring band is finely open-worked towards the front. It encloses the rectangular ring plate, which has an inlaid plaque with a relief depiction of Isabella I and Ferdinand II and the inscription "Isabel Ferdinand 1475 1506".
