KPM Bacchantin mit Ziege
Height: 21 cm. The base with underglaze blue sceptre and red imperial orb mark 1870-1945, incised model number "634D", year mark "V". Bacchante with goat from a series of five mythological groups of bacchantes, designed around 1775. Naturalistic design with polychrome overglaze painting and gold staffage, woman sitting on a tree stump above a rocaille base as a semi-nude with drapery, holding grapes for a goat to eat.
