Wiener Samowar

Height: 34.5 cm. To the right of the spout above the knee, Viennese mark of 1834 and master's mark "FT" for Friedrich Georg Triesch (active in Vienna 1835-1868). Vienna, 1834. Silver, chased, cast, chased, horn handle. The four S-shaped legs with flower reliefs over trefoil feet, which are brought together in the center in a rechaud ring with a fuel container. Spout on the front with lever clasp. Edged, cantilevered body with S-shaped rocaille handles on the sides. Faceted plug-in lid decorated with flowers.
