Each 30 x 22.5cm Each with signature stamp lower right, two of them inscribed "Dachau" and dated. Each framed behind glass. Two landscapes, one with a fountain basin, as well as a drawing with studies of a woman knitting and a drawing with a group of figures, including a seated man with an umbrella reminiscent of the poor poet, surrounded by further figure studies in a circle. Annotation: Spitzweg often added the umbrella to his figures. From the beginning to the end of his artistic career, the umbrella remained an integral part of his pictorial world. (1400862) (18)
