THE TAMBOURINE PLAYER Oil on canvas. Doubled. 33.5 x 41 cm. Signed lower left. In wide frame with ornamental relief. In the undergrowth, slightly illuminated by the translucent light, the tambourine player lying in a red robe with an instrument lying next to her. Another larger version of this theme was successfully auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles on November 16, 2021. (14004014) (13)
