LANDSCAPE WITH PIGEONS AND RABBITS Oil on canvas. Doubled. 75 x 93 cm. In decorative gilt frame. In a landscape in the light of the yellowish setting sun below a wooden shed several magnificent pigeons with feathered feet. In the center a red-brown and white pigeon standing in front of a large thistle and looking out of the picture with its piercing eyes. At the lower left edge, two small rabbits also enliven the scene. Painting with a high-quality, finely detailed rendering of the pigeons' plumage.
