Accompanied by a copy of an expertise by Mauro U. Lucco, Bazzano, July 27, 2023. According to Lucco, a panel in the John G. Johnson Collection in the Museum of Art in Philadelphia, inv. no. 176, is comparable. In front of a cloth of honor, the seated figure of the Holy Mother of God facing left in her traditional robe colors, holding the infant Jesus in her hands over her lap in front of a suggested landscape with hills and architectural staffage.
