Heiliger Diakon
Height: 105 cm. Southern Germany, around 1500. Wood, carved, painted. Figure of a saint standing in an implied contrapposto, wearing a broadly pleated robe, holding a book in one hand while the other hand points forward in a gesture of speech. The head slightly inclined to the right, with tubular spiral strands and open eyes. The original version still partially present. Dam. (1401343) (13)
