LOUIS XVI-GUÉRIDON Height: 75.5 cm. Width: 53 cm. Depth: 40 cm. The four canted and slightly curved S-shaped legs with set kidney-shaped tableau above cast and gilded bronze sabots in a vegetal design. This is inlaid in contrasting woods in such a way that an ensemble of six vessels, some with floral decoration, is depicted on a cover plate. Single-domed body with a pull-out, embossed, dark green leather writing tablet. The top plate follows the lines of the furniture, also inlaid and surrounded by an à jour meander gallery.
