Gilded carved wood mirror with parecloses. Italy, 18th century, Central element forming cartouches surrounded by foliate scrolls. It is crowned by an openwork shell surmounted by a bird. The base features a grotesque mascaron. An arm of light is missing from the lower part. The mercury main glass is engraved with an antique-style figure. Height Height : 82 cm Width: 40 cm Minor chips to the gilded wood.
