On a wide path between tall, densely sheety trees, we catch sight of two hikers with hats and sticks. They have just passed a small farmhouse on the steeply rising edge of the path, and in the background we can glimpse other farmsteads and the slopes of distant peaks. | Watermark: Lily Keywords: 19th century, Romanticism, Landscape, Germany, Size: Laid paper: 20,8 cm x 33,2 cm (8,2 x 13,1 in) Condition: Rather good condition. The drawing makes a wonderful impression, the paper is faintly stained and slightly browned, the margins somewhat wavy, slightly browned and irregularly trimmed.
