(Art.2) Les pierres non accompagnées de certificats ou attestations de laboratoires ont été estimées par Boisgirard-Antonini en tenant compte des modifications éventuelles du paragraphe a). c) Boisgirard-Antonini désigne par le terme générique PIERRE suivi d’un qualificatif de couleur les désignations suivantes : pierres synthétiques, pierres artificielles et imitations de pierres gemmes. En ce qui concerne les montres, les restaurations, les modifications, les caractéristiques techniques, les numéros de séries, les dimensions, le poids sont notifiés dans la mesure de nos moyens. L’état de fonctionnement n’est pas garanti. Il est possible que certains lots comprennent des pièces non originales suite à des réparations ou révisions de la montre ou de l’horloge. Toute contestation relative à leur existence, leur validité, leur opposabilité à tout enchérisseur et acquéreur, et à leur exécution sera tranchée par le tribunal compétent du ressort de Paris (France). 10- La sortie du territoire français La sortie d’un lot de France peut être sujette à une autorisation administrative. L’obtention du document concerné ne relève que de la responsabilité de l’adjudication du lot concerné par cette disposition. Le retard ou le refus de délivrance par l’administration des documents de sortie du territoire, ne justifiera ni l’annulation de la vente, ni un retard de règlement, ni une résolution. 11– CITES Chaque lot en ivoire vendu aux enchères fera l’objet d’une déclaration CITES, reprenant les contacts du vendeur, mais aussi de l’acheteur.
