Lot of 4 old notarial documents, handwritten on vellum skin Documents dated 1582, 1624, 1642 and April 20, 1768 These documents are difficult to read, due to abbreviations. An Edict of the King, dated June 1728, concerning a notary in the town of Gien, is attached. Attached is a Arrêt du Parlement (parliamentary ruling) condemning an untitled printed work entitled "Almanach des Honnêtes gens" to be torn up and burned by the High Court on January 7, 1788.

[Manuscript - Aisne] Manuscript notarial deed drawn up on November 8, 1810 on the request of Madame Lavigne, living in Fresnes, resigning her property in favor of her children, drawn up by Me Gravier, notary in Chateau-Thierry, canton of Coullonges. The manuscript contains a description of the property to be divided, as well as a number of small plans. The document, in-8, consists of 9 leaves, with a central tear at the fold, without incidence, and is covered with a supple reused parchment binding.

[Department of Seine-et-Oise] A collection of mostly handwritten documents dating from the late 18th century. Most concern a farmer and ploughman from Puiseux and his land acquisitions in the Val d'Oise, notably from the gamekeeper of the land and seigneury of Chauvry, or the wood merchant living in Domont. The set includes notarized deeds (expéditions) of acquisition contracts, extracts of divisions and numerous conquets of property in Puiseux, Beaumont-sur-Oise, Persan, etc. The handwritten or partly handwritten documents number around sixty pages. There is also a wall placard of auctions of patrimonial property located in Fresnoy, Mesnil-St-Denis, Bernes and Belléglise (1797, printed in Beauvais, dim. 41x50cm, frayed and with a small central hole).
