Black stone pasted on sheet (minor foxing). Signed lower left FRAGO and dated right 1842. H. 14.4 - L. 11.2 cm. 4- Young villager, knight with feathered hat and doctor in gown (Study for a Comedy scene?) Sanguine and black ink pasted on sheet (trace of tear towards middle left; horizontal fold towards middle); slightly sun-blind. Studio sale mark lower left. H. 22 - L. 16 cm.
