A Meissen (Marcolini) porcelain travelling déjeuner, c.1775, blue crossed swords, star and dash marks, various impressed marks, painted with bouquets and sprays of pink roses, the borders and handle terminals with puce flower-sprays and bouquets with gilt foliage, comprising: a shaped oval tray, 36cm long; a teapot and cover with a branch handle and spout, 9.6cm high; a milk-jug with a branch handle and three branch feet, 10cm high; a circular sugar-bowl and cover, the domed cover with a flower finial, 9cm high; two coffee-cups, two teacups, and two saucers, in an associated 18th century gilt-tooled octagonal leather carrying-case with twin handles, the interior with blue leather lining edged with gold braid (12)
