A French rosewood and burr-walnut veneer cased liqueur cabinet, late 19th century, with serpentine front and sides, the hinged lid, front and hinged sides opening to reveal a tiered tray with twin gilt-bronze handles, fitted with four gilt and engraved liqueur bottles and stoppers in central gilt bronze holders with turned supports and a set of sixteen similarly gilt and engraved glasses, the front with gilt-bronze foliate escutcheon, the lid with central gilt-bronze medallion, beaded border, and scrolling foliate edged rim, the base with beaded border and raised on four foliate feet, 27cm high, 37.5cm wide, 29cm deep
