SAMSON Edmé & Cie (1845-1969) Large bottle after Iznik, Paris, circa 1880 A large ceramic bottle with vivid enamels in slight relief, a large globular body and a high neck enhanced by a grip ring. It is decorated with four mandorles on the body, alternating with rosettes and spandrels. Mark under the base in black. Condition : Base pierced. H. 45 cm An Iznik style polychrome pottery bottle, by Emile SAMSON (1837-1913), France circa 1880. Condition: Some chips. Base probably drilled for electrification.
