Size: 35.5 x 29 and 28 x 21 cm on view Pattachitra, sometimes also called Patta Jatri, refers to a style and format of painting traditionally attributed to Orissa (now Odisha). The rise of this style of painting is said to be linked to the town of Puri, home of the Jagganath temple, an important site of Hindu worship.
