circa 1895 - 1925 - An album of 35 prints and some twenty press clippings relating to his official visit to Ireland (1924). - An album of 91 prints relating to his diplomatic career at the League of Nations (1926-1929), at the court of Sweden and Norway (from 1896), exterior and interior views of the Villa Ispahan (inaugurated by Prince Albert 1er, with whom he had forged a friendship at the first International Peace Conference in 1899), as well as portraits of Anna de Noailles (1876-1933). - Some forty prints, mainly portraits of Mira Reza by Phébus, F. Beguin, Hossein Ali, Sebah & Joaillier, Detaille, Arloing, Nadar, etc... in Constantinople, St. Petersburg, Monaco, Paris, Cambodia, Vichy, Iran, etc... from 43 x 34 cm to 11.5 x 6.5 cm. This archive bears witness to his career as a diplomat, philanthropist and benefactor, and to his life in Monaco in the villa he had built. A group of personal and diplomatic photographic archives of Mirza Reza, Prince Arfa', circa 1895 - 1925 About 165 prints (in two albums and isolated), relating to the official visit to Ireland (1924), the Prince Arfa''s diplomatic career at the League of Nations (1926-1929), at the courts of Sweden and Norway (from 1896), exterior and interior views of the Villa Ispahan, as well as portraits of Anna de Noailles (1876-1933). These mainly portraits of Prince Arfa', bear witness to his career as a diplomat, philanthropist and benefactor, and to his life in Monaco in the villa he built, inaugurated by Prince Albert I, with whom he had forged a friendship at the first International Peace Conference in 1899. After the assassination of Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar and the subsequent coronation of Mozaffar ad-Din Shah Qajar in 1896, a trade problem arose between the Iranian and Italian governments. While the King of Sweden was chosen as judge, Mirza Reza was immediately appointed Iranian ambassador to Sweden and Norway, while retaining his post in Russia. The court's vote was in favor of Iran, and it was in gratitude for his excellent services that Mirza Reza was awarded the title of Prince of the Qajar Court by Mozaffar al-din Shah, entitling him to all the privileges accorded to the Qajar royal family.
