Lettre de Muzaffar al-Din Shah à Alphonse XIII d'Espagne le félicitant pour son couronnement

Dated 21 Shawwal 1319 / January 31, 1902. Page size: 48 x 32 cm Letter sent through Arfa' al-Dawla, ambassador to the Ottoman Empire in Istanbul and special envoy to the Spanish court. During his second year of service in Istanbul, Prince Arfa' attended the coronation ceremony of Alfonso XIII of Spain. Although the latter had been king since his birth in 1886, he was crowned when he came of age in 1902. A letter from Muzaffar al-Din Shah to Alfonso XIII of Spain congratulating him on his coronation to be sent through Arfa' al-Dawla, ambassador to the Ottoman Empire in Istanbul and special envoy to the Spanish court, dated 21 Shawwal 1319 / 31 January 1902
