Dim. 32.5 x 21 cm We witness the tragic end of this Iranian prince in the presence of King Afrasyab (in the guise of King Qajar Fatih-Ali Shah) and his court. It is one of the rare copies with its text in 6 columns instead of the usual 4. A Qajar Shahnamed leaf depicting Guruy cutting Syavush's throat, Persia, circa 1860.
