'Isa was a member of the official Tunisian delegation for the 1959 pilgrimage, which included Mohamed Mokhtar b. Mahmud, Mohamed Nabli, Hassouna al-Karoui Mohamed el-Baji, Hechmi es-Seb'i. Grandson of Mohamed b. 'Isa, responsible for the habous of the "sorra" destined for the holy places, who led the 1885 and 1890 delegations, Taïeb b. 'Isa was a member of the al-Mushir and al-Wazir newspapers.
