Walnut and walnut veneer writing table, rectangular top with rounded corners, opening to a drawer in the waistband, bronze pull handle decorated with water lilies, resting on four slightly curved, ribbed legs. Art Nouveau period (Dim.: 75 x 59.5 x 89.5 cm) (veneers missing and lifted). This writing table was part of a bedroom set from a house in the Oise region, complete with mirror, bed, wardrobe and bedside table, whose curves evoke creations by Jacques Majorelle or Eugène Vallin.
