SCAGLIOLE TRAY FROM THE LATE 17th TO EARLY 18th CENTURIES Rectangular in shape, centrally decorated with a coat of arms probably belonging to the Quaglia-Piuma (Piedmont-Genoa) families on a black background, the border decorated with chimeras and figures amidst foliate scrolls, supported by a later baluster-shaped upright forming a middle table. Dimensions (top): 80 x 111 cm (31 ½ x 43 ¾ in.) Dimensions (base): H.:78 cm (30 ¾ in.) w.:45 cm (17 ¾ in.)
