TWO OCTAGONAL SILVER SALT CELLARS Paris and Orleans, 18th century Model with gadroons, inside in vermeil For one, Master goldsmith Remy Chatria, received in 1724, Paris, 1735-1736, engraved on the base C.B.B. and letters crossed out. For the second, Master silversmith Antoine VI Hanappier, received 1698, Orléans, 1736-1737 Dimensions (Paris salt cellar) : H. 3.5 cm (1 ¼ in.) L.: 8.2 cm (3 ¼ in.) l. 7 cm (2 ¾ in.)
