The sculpture is Europe's tallest kinetic sculpture and is installed permanently at Park West Plaza in Dublin. The sculpture is designed to twist 360 degrees with the wind and a spray of water at the base of the sculpture produces a rainbow when the sun shines upon the 'Wave'.
