In-folio, fawn half-chagrin, spine ribbed and decorated (period binding). Atlas only, complete with 100 lithographed plates, including 5 in color (views, scenes, plans, botany). Along with Cailliaud, Pacho was one of the few French explorers of the Libyan desert in the first half of the 19th century. A good copy. Some foxing, mainly in the margins.
