A superb, rare and classic gold perpetual calendar with retrograde date hand, guilloché opaline dial in the center, external minute track, stylized black enameled Roman numerals, blackened pear-shaped hands. Indication of permanent seconds at center, date by red arrow hand, days, months and leap year by apertures, moon phases at 6 o'clock. Officer's case, transparent caseback protected by a hinged bowl, self-winding white rhodium-plated mechanical movement with côtes de Genève decoration, caliber 324 S QR, gold rotor and Geneva hallmark. Original gold folding clasp. Delivered complete with case, tool and documents from Spain. The watch is in excellent condition, both mechanically and aesthetically, with the occasional micro-scratch. The correctors are in perfect, scratch-free condition, and the dial is flawless. In the Grand Complication catalog since 2007, with a sales price of €83,950 in 2018, this classic and statutory perpetual calendar offers as an additional complication a date reading by central retrograde hand.
