Rolex, Day-Date, Ref. 1803, No. 1875xxx, circa 1968. A beautiful and rare gold watch with a superb "linen" gold dial, black enameled applied hour markers, luminous hands and central second hand. German display of day in window at noon and date at 3 o'clock. Screw-down caseback and crown, self-winding mechanical movement caliber 1555. The watch is in excellent overall condition, both mechanically and aesthetically. The dial is very lively under the light, flawless and relatively rare in this "linen" finish, with all its luminous points still very well preserved. Diameter 36 mm - B.P. 60.5 g. A very fine & rare day-date functions gold wristwatch, linen dial, gold indexes, luminous hands and sweep center-seconds. Window apertures for day at 12 & date at 3 in German. Screw-back & crown, automatic winding movement caliber 1555. The watch is in excellent general condition, both mechanically and aesthetically. The dial is very alive under the light, flawless and relatively rare, with all of its luminous dots still very well preserved.
