RENÉ-JEAN CAILLETTE (1919-2005) GCR6-1, the model designed in [1954] and presented at the 24th Salon des Arts Ménagers, Paris, 1955 Large coffee table. The exotic wood base is composed of two long, horizontally intersecting Z-shaped legs. Edition 1950-60 by Charron. Rectangular top with rounded corners made of anise-tinted sandwich glass. Restoration and stripping of the base, a tiny chip on the edge of the tray. Height: 44.5cm - Length: 120cm - Width: 49cm Bibliography: Christine Lavenu - Jacques Blin, céramiste et porteur d'histoires - Éditions Louvre Victoire, Paris, 2019.
