Silver CUP, partly gilded (800). Old foreign work, probably SWEDEN. Three hallmarks (including a Swedish control hallmark in use from 1901). Flared truncated cone shape, edged with purfling and undulating motif, set on a swollen circular base with twisted movement. Body engraved with a large scroll, cartouche and stem movement motif with the inscription LEJ COD. Gilded upper and lower rims. Chips. Height 21.4 cm; Diameter (neck) 14.8 cm; Diameter (foot) 9.2 cm; Weight 390 g.
