A mahogany veneered "bonheur du jour" desk, inlaid with leaves and framed with brass fillets. The recessed top features a tiered top opening onto three mirrored leaves, underlined by three drawers, while the folding top reveals a green felt panel hemmed with a Greek meander. It is topped with white marble hemmed with a pierced brass gallery. It stands on four tapered feet adorned with fluting. 19th century (missing brass rod, central drawer lock to be revised).
